This beer is a scaled down version of our very first release, an 8.4% ABV Saison in a matte black 75cL bottle.

Brewed with a modest ABV of 4.9, this light-bodied, hazy, version of our flagship Saison is designed to be delightfully sessionable.

It pours a hazy, straw colour and is adorned with a persistent white head heightened by its moderate carbonation. Expect citrus, vanilla, light breadiness, and ever present Saison phenolics on the nose. On the palate, orange and citrus (from the Amarillo hops) play well with the fruity esters and bubblegum phenolics from the Saison yeast before a clean and crisp finish with a light hoppy background. Pleasant, resinous hoppy notes round out the mouthfeel.
