As a majority Indigenous-owned brewery, we’re proud to have you learn our story, explore our connection to Louis Riel, sample our beers, then make and eat your own beer bannock in our taproom.

  • Get your hands dirty and make your own bannock in our brewery

  • We’ll bake your bread so you can enjoy it in our Rain Room

  • One-hour unique experience

  • Groups of six (no minors)

  • Optional – Take home a kit so you can make your own beer bannock at home

  • This experience must be booked in groups of six

  • All attendees must be 18+

  • In the case of cancellations, please email our Assistant Taproom Manager, Trevor Allain at Trevor@Nonsuch.beer at least 48 hours before your booked time and we'll process a complete refund.
