About this Style
Belgian Strong is more of a catchall category rather than a specific style of beer with a detailed history. Although many strong, darker beers have been documented, there is no clear lineage from these older brews to today’s Belgian Strong. Most versions are unique in character reflecting characteristics of individual breweries, produced in limited quantities, and often highly sought-after.
dubbel ipa
This classic Belgian-style Dubbel is brewed with elevated hopping rates using European style hops. Enjoy caramel and dark fruit flavours alongside grassy and spicy notes. Dry hopped with El Dorado hops which deliver a candy vibe.

lemondrop dry-hopped sour
Sourpusses rejoice! The generous amounts of Lemondrop hops we added to this fruity sour are giving off big lemonade vibes, floral notes, and citrus flavours.

The name truly says it all. Lemondrop offers a "unique lemon-citrus character with a pleasant aroma." The bright citrus and subtle herbaceous notes are perfect for sessionable beers. While ales tend to bring out her sweeter side, Lemondrop is delicate and refined enough for quality lagers.
